DAY 1

MOUNTAIN OF THE DEAD

The largest funerary site with thousands of Greek / Roman tombs carved in the mountain, some of which still have original hieroglyphic inscriptions.

SHALI FORTRESS

Siwa's historic heart, dating from the 13th century, completely made from salt and mud. The top offers amazing views of the oasis.

SIWA HOUSE MUSEUM

Artifacts in a restored home, tell the story of the daily lives of its people, culture and traditions.

GARDEN VISIT / LUNCH (optional)

Juices or a locally made lunch in a peaceful palm tree garden. The perfect spot to relax.

DESERT SAFARI

The desert trip is led by an expert local guide in 4x4 landcruisers. Sandboarding, fossilhuntig and a tea ceremony, overlooking an unforgettable sunset.

DINNER & HOTSPRING

Traditional dinner in a hot spring camp with natural thermal waters. A relaxing moment at the special salt cave or a Siwan gathering with traditional songs and music.

DAY 2

ORACLE TEMPLE

Once a powerful center of prophecy that made Siwa famous in the ancient world. Alexander the Great himself crossed deserts in search of answers from the Gods.

RUINS OF UM UBEYDA

Its remaining wall offers a rare glimpse into funerary rituals of the past. Once one of the largest temples.

SALT LAKES

Famous for its mesmerzing colors and known for their healing effects and cleansing benefits.

DAKROUR MOUNTAIN

The site of Siwa’s famous annual Sufi celebration (Eid el Siaha), a festival of unity, tradition, and spirituality.

CLEOPATRA SPRING / LUNCH (optional)

Siwa's most famous natural spring. Enjoy the home made juices or a freshly prepared lunch.

LOCAL MARKET VISIT

A large variety of locally farmed dates, first cass olive oil and handmade souvenirs by the local women.

SUNSET & DINNER

An unforgettable sunset over Siwa’s enormous lake, lush green gardens and extense desert. Dinner in a magical setting.
